L\u2019\u00e9cole ne nous l\u2019a pas appris et la vie quotidienne n\u2019offre que trop peu d\u2019occasions. Les m\u00e9dias nous en donnent une image d\u00e9voy\u00e9e sous la forme d\u2019un spectacle. En organisant ces espaces de d\u00e9bat et de partage, nous nous proposons de vous rendre la parole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un d\u00e9bat n\u2019est pas un duo ni un duel. Les d\u00e9batteurs ne sont pas des adversaires mais chacun d\u2019eux a le droit d\u2019exprimer une opinion contraire \u00e0 l\u2019autre.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les participants s\u2019\u00e9coutent pour comprendre, pas pour r\u00e9agir imm\u00e9diatement. Chacun s\u2019interdit de couper la parole \u00e0 celui qui s\u2019exprime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire conna\u00eetre son opinion c\u2019est commencer par dire JE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour faire comprendre que sa prise de parole est termin\u00e9e le participant le fait savoir avec la formule \u00ab\u00a0je rends la parole\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certains ont la parole plus facile que d\u2019autres.\u00a0\u00a0Par respect pour les autres participants, ils ne monopolisent pas la parole pour que chacun dispose d\u2019un temps \u00e9quitable pour s\u2019exprimer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un d\u00e9bat n\u2019est pas la recherche d\u2019un accord entre les participants, mais c\u2019est la satisfaction pour chacun d\u2019avoir pu donner son avis et \u00eatre \u00e9cout\u00e9 par les autres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organisateurs ont mis en place des r\u00e8gles simples.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire vivre le d\u00e9bat ils&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Distribueront la parole en respectant l\u2019ordre des demandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recentreront les prises de paroles sur le sujet choisi au d\u00e9part par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solliciteront le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant l\u2019avis des uns et des autres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019exprimeront sur le sujet du jour pour relancer le d\u00e9bat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont les garants de la cordialit\u00e9 des \u00e9changes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>POUR QUE LA PAROLE CIRCULE, IL EST NECESSAIRE DE S\u2019ENGAGER SUR DES REGLES SIMPLES Prendre la parole en public, donner son opinion n\u2019est pas ais\u00e9.
